With all the defendants named in her lawsuit now lined up in the goal — the UConn Board of Trustees, former Athletic Director Warde Manuel, Coach Len Tsantiris, and Student Aid Director Mona Lucas — it was Noriana’s privilege to recently serve upon them copies of the summons and complaint so that they can file their answers with the court and a jury can decide who wins.
