DSU Women’s Lacrosse Team v. Liberty County Sheriff et al.

Press Release:  …The Attorney representing a majority of the Delaware State University Woman’s Lacrosse Team has concerns about the Justice Department’s deal with the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office to resolve a racial discrimination complaint. Attorney Greg Tarone says he plans to file a lawsuit against the sheriff’s office.

The emotional distress that has been cast upon these female athletes, as well as the bus driver, has been significant,” Tarone said.

Deputies stopped and searched the bus of the Delaware State University lacrosse team for driving in the left lane on I-95 in April of 2022. Law enforcement did not find any contraband on the bus…

When New York attorney Greg Tarone found the Facebook page of Rorn and Raska Sarann in Cambodia a couple of years ago, it intrigued him because he had raised and cared for many differnt animals, but found Kako and his troop irresistably fascinating. So, he sent some private messages to the Saranns and promised to send them some t-shirts for their monkeys if they provided an address, and they did so. However, when more than a couple of months passed after mailing to them four Georgetown University jerseys, he heard nothing and sent a message to confirm their mailing address and telling them they should receive his gift soon…
